¶ Class-D Orientation Leaflet
The first note you can find in the game. The sheet gives you your designation number (D-9341) and other information about being a D-Class personnel. The orientation leaflet is one of the very few documents in the game that uses the pre-v0.7 layout, albeit modified.
Located in the Class-D Cells.
¶ SCP-093 Recovered Materials
A heavily-expunged document on SCP-093, with a written note saying:
"You gotta be kidding me with this!
When I asked you for a level-2 version of this you could have just said no!
What the hell ?! - Dr. C."
Located in the 2-Level Office.

A note left by Technician Daniel saying that the elevator in Sector B is now safe to use again. It is also a reference to Daniel and the sequence involving the elevator from the game Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Located in the Electrical Center.
